binance said it blocked north korean attacks 2 days before losing 6.3b to north korea. coincidence or warning ignored?

on oct 27 binance put out a notice saying they blocked north korean assaults that week, pretend job interviews and coding checks, no losses. two days later 6.3b is gone and the fbi factors at north korea

so both the blocked attacks have been a unique crew, or they received in via something binance didnt see at all

truthfully not making an attempt to dunk on binance, they coated users and that issues. but how do you read that timing? coincidence or did the warning come too late
