Want to delete my account

Hello,

I made the account and virtually acquired scammed. I tried to close the account but was not occurring so deleted the app very long time ago. Now it's not out there on Google retailer and my telephone gained't permit to download the apk file for top dangers. I tried closing it from the website nevertheless it keeps saying I have to close the wallet first which is seemingly solely potential to entry from the app (stated by the client help).

Can anybody tell me methods to delete this account and take away my knowledge from them? The client help couldn't help.
