BTC lightning network deposits suspended?

Needed to deposit some BTC to my binance account by way of lightning community at the moment and saw this, spoke with help however all they are saying is "we're presently taking a look at it,attempt again later".

Is it suspended for everybody?
(asking because i didn't see something posted about it on their web site or right here)
