Inheritance from deceased user

Hello all,

I’m having issues accessing my deceased brother’s Binance account. As we did not have his telephone when he passed, two factor access to his account was not potential. I've access to his e-mail and may see exercise from before he passed away in 2024 along with newer activity referring to conversions and delistings, and see any login makes an attempt or password reset requests reflected in there too. There's clearly still an account underneath his e mail and I have cause to consider there's a respectable stability on the account.

Once I undergo the deceased consumer attraction web page and submit all requested documentation, Binance inform me the account e-mail is wrong:

We remorse to inform you that your attraction is just not profitable.
The reason being: Incorrect deceased consumer ID/account identify. Please verify and submit the attraction again.

Has anyone else had an identical experience or can anyone level me within the path of one other technique of elevating this problem with Binance? It’s been troubling me for a few years now and I simply need to shut of all matters referring to my brother’s passing ASAP.
