COUNTERPARTY BLOCKED ESCROWERS BINANCE

So i used to be doing a p2p commerce the full deal amount was purported to be 1500$ in two tranches one 1000$ and one 500$.

However after i paid 1000$(cdm) the counterparty did not release and when i asked the escrower to he informed if he doesn't furnish proofs we'll release from our aspect.

After 1 day the counterparty filed a grievance(he paid by way of binance pay to the escrower) so now escrower cant launch even if they need to binance cs is saying both return the quantity or settle with the counterparty and ask them to revoke the grievance.

He's asking to finish the deal and he'll put the 500$ within the restricted binance id of the escrower after which he'll revoke the grievance.

Escrower had 7500$ in binance which is all blocked so he cant pay me.

**Any options?**

Already requested the counterparty to complete the deal by way of a special escrow like crypto india however he disagrees
