6+ weeks frozen (RW00447), promised date missed, now told 'wait 3-4 more weeks' with zero explanation

Frozen stability for six+ weeks (RW00447) — a number of instances opened, no decision, no clear purpose given

In search of recommendation or visibility on this since Binance help has been getting in circles.

Timeline:

• July 24, 2026 — Acquired funds from an affiliate internet marketing community I work with, paid into my Capitalist.net account.
• July 26, 2026 — Transferred the funds from Capitalist.internet to Binance, transformed to EUR, and tried to withdraw to my French checking account (Revolut). Capitalist.internet doesn't help direct fiat EUR withdrawal, which is why I routed via Binance.
• Stability was frozen immediately after the withdrawal try — error code RW00447.
• Informed the freeze would resolve within 24–96 hours. It didn't.
• Was later informed it will be resolved by September 4. That date handed with no update.
• Contacted help again on September 9 — new answer: "inner group has not reached a definitive conclusion but, advocate monitoring progress over the subsequent 3–Four weeks."
• No e-mail or in-app request for documentation has ever been despatched to me, regardless of the account being frozen for over 6 weeks.
• I have full documentation of the funds' source (affiliate network payout affirmation, Capitalist.net transaction historical past) prepared to offer, but nobody has asked for it.

The other challenge: because I contacted help by way of multiple separate chat periods, I now have Four totally different case numbers as an alternative of one continuous case — 166475746, 166473852, 168593120, 169008027 — and no agent has been capable of affirm they're linked or which one is "main."

Has anyone dealt with an RW00447 freeze specifically, or had a case reopened/escalated after being informed to "wait 3-4 extra weeks"? At this level I'm mainly making an attempt to figure out whether that is normal review-queue slowness or one thing I must be pushing more durable on (formal grievance, regulator route, and so on.), especially since Binance isn't presently MiCA-licensed within the EU.
